GF Beer, Amazing Pinot, and Steamed Chicken
So there's a few new things:
1) Gluten Free Beer! We just got in the rapidly selling out New Planet Off Grid Pale Ale. http://newplanetbeer.com/gluten-free-beer/off-the-grid/
2) Vincent Wine Company Pinot Noir Ribbon Ridge 2010, This '10 is already drinking stunningly well, rare, beautiful, elegant and well balanced. This second vintage showing from indie winemaker Vincent would put a lot of the stodgy, over priced Pinots to shame. A steal at $25.
3) Seven of Hearts Wine Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2009, I've long been a fan of Byron's wines (there consistently some of the best in the state). Complex, well structured, endlessly intriguing. An excellent expression of the valley's terroir. Also a bargain at $25.
4) Steamed Chicken, served with broccolli, rice, and a addictive garlic ginger sauce. Easily in my top five favorite dishes right now.
